Trade Returns Policy

We, the MX Group, warrant that on delivery our products will be free from material defects in design, materials and workmanship. If they are not, then subject to the exclusions below, we will repair or replace or issue a credit note (at our option) any products or parts affected by a material defect provided that we are notified promptly of the defect and the purchaser complies with the provisions below.

Please note that the warranty above does not apply to any defect in our products arising from:

(a) fair wear and tear;
(b) wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or by any third party;
(c) improper use or failure to abide by the user documentation or instructions;
(d) any installation that is not in accordance with our installation instructions;
(e) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers; or
(f) any unforeseeable events (including but not limited to floods, lightening, storms, frost, bad weather conditions, or acts of God).

Except as stated above, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred by you. All warranties, conditions and representations, save as are set out expressly above, are excluded from this warranty. Nothing in this warranty shall be treated as excluding or limiting our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

In relation to specific products, purchasers must comply with the following.

ELECTRIC MX

The product should be inspected for aesthetics and defects before installation.

In the unlikely event of an operational problem after installation do not remove product but contact the Customer Service Line on 0844 372 7768.

Any product returned to MX for credit will be inspected and any parts missing will be charged for.

If the product is not faulty it will be repacked and returned to you.

THERMOSTATIC MIXER SHOWER VALVES

The product should be inspected for aesthetics and defects before installation.

Any product returned to MX for credit will be inspected and any parts missing will be charged for.

If the product is not faulty it will be repacked and returned to you.
