STATEMENT TO CUSTOMERS RE CORONAVIRUS

Dear Customer
Our prime concern is the safety and health of all the people we employ and as such we are taking necessary measures to ensure
that our colleagues are safe.
We at MX are working with a skeleton staff and just one shift making trays.
Our Accessories Division at Ross-on-Wye, apart from security has now closed for the next three weeks and our Head Office and Distribution Division at Tewkesbury is running with minimum staff but we will give you the best possible service available.
MX is continuing to manufacture because it supplies the reserve trades of plumbing, electrical and manufacturing but at all times we are assessing the situation on a daily basis.
By now we will have made contact with yourselves and established whether you are open for business. However, if there are any outstanding orders that you are prepared to accept, we will be contacting you one of two days prior to delivery to ensure delivery is still acceptable.
We will update you again in seven days but if you require any further information, please contact us.
